Where we deliver
We accept orders only for destinations offered at checkout. Available services, prices and estimates depend on your address, the items and their dispatch location. A currency option alone does not mean we deliver to every country using that currency.
Dispatch and arrival
We process orders on working days, excluding public holidays at the dispatch location. Delivery services and estimates are shown before payment. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before purchase, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting the order.
Delivery estimates are shown before payment. Any agreed delivery deadline is recorded with the order. Unless otherwise agreed, applicable UK/EU rules require delivery within 30 days. Your order may arrive in separate parcels; the checkout and order confirmation identify the parcels and charges. We send dispatch and tracking information when available.
International deliveries
For cross-border deliveries, you are responsible for import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance charges that are not collected at checkout. These depend on your destination and order. Contact us before ordering if you need help understanding the likely charges. This does not permit us to omit charges that applicable law requires us to calculate and disclose.
Customs inspection can affect arrival times. We will help investigate delays; this does not remove your rights concerning agreed delivery dates or non-delivery.
Incorrect details, missing or damaged parcels
Check your address before paying. If you notice an error, contact support@heritageinhues.com [Pending: mailbox activation] promptly. We will explain what changes are still possible. If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us through Contact and complaints. You may provide photographs if useful, but they are not a condition that removes your statutory rights.
The seller remains responsible for delivery until you or your nominated recipient takes possession, subject to applicable law. For cancellation and refund information, see our returns policy.

Contact us about an order
Manage returns and cancellations through your account or the secure order link sent by email. You can also use our contact form to give notice of cancellation, or email support@heritageinhues.com [Pending: mailbox activation]. For damaged, incorrect or faulty goods, use Contact and complaints. An account is not required. Include your name, contact email and enough information to identify the purchase. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
Change-of-mind cancellation
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period for standard physical goods delivered to every supported destination, in addition to any stronger mandatory local rights. You may cancel from the time of ordering until 14 days after the day you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Where one order is delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item. Send your notice before the period ends. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. More favourable rights under applicable local law remain available.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where the law permits, we may deduct diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Colouring in a book can reduce its value. Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove the cancellation right.
Return postage and address
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. We pay reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Contact us for return instructions.
Return goods to the seller's returns address listed below or the address we provide for your particular parcel. Contacting us for instructions does not delay or invalidate a clear cancellation notice sent on time. Keep evidence of posting.

Refunds
For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost required by law. Extra cost for an upgraded delivery method need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For these change-of-mind cancellations, refunds are made within 14 days of notification; for returned goods we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
